（中央社記者劉冠廷台北23日電）親民黨立法院團今天表示，支持中華航空股份有限公司空服員用合法的權利表達心聲，爭取合理休息時間與勞工尊嚴，並希望華航繼續積極與勞方協調。

以華航空服員為主的桃園空服員職業工會宣布，明天凌晨零時起罷工。

親民黨團晚間發表聲明表示，華航作為公營企業，應為全國企業表率，不能以利潤為唯一考量，而應作為勞資和諧，共同奮進典範，讓員工有更好福利，心甘情願為公司打拚。黨團將密切關注事件發展，並緊盯華航不得秋後算帳，保障勞工合法罷工權。

親民黨團表示，華航罷工除涉及勞資問題，空服過勞問題已涉及飛安，基於飛安第一原則，相關業管單位, 交通部、飛航安全調查委員會與勞動部不可放任勞資對立，應主動介入協調，並勞動檢查各航空公司，確保總體飛航安全。1050623
